Do you charge per user?

Pro and Team are priced per user / month. Free is 1 user. Enterprise is custom — often a platform fee plus a per-user rate that drops at volume. Contact sales for a quote.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export everything as Markdown, JSON, or HTML ZIP bundles at any time. If you downgrade to Free, notes over the plan cap stay in read-only mode until you bring yourself under the cap or re-upgrade. We don't delete your data unilaterally.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can also move between monthly and annual billing on demand.

Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?

We're building a formal program. Today, reach out to hello@momentumnotes.app with a .edu or 501(c)(3) tax ID and we'll arrange something fair.

Are prices in USD?

Yes. International billing is processed via Stripe; your card issuer converts at market rate. VAT is collected where applicable (EU, UK, Australia).

Is there a trial?

14 days of the Team plan, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you either add a payment method or the workspace drops to Free — no data is deleted.

What counts as an AI token?

Claude bills by input + output tokens. One token ≈ 3-4 English characters. A typical CaseAIde reply draft costs about 2,000 tokens round-trip. 500K tokens / month covers roughly 250 drafts + moderate chat usage. Unlimited on Team means fair-use — we'll contact you if usage looks automated or abusive.

Do you have a signed DPA and BAA?

On Enterprise, yes. Pro and Team use our standard terms; we can send a copy on request. Sub-processor list is available in the docs.
